Guarantee

We take great pride that all UJK tools are designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs, UJK offers a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a fault develops within this period, please contact the stockist from where you purchased the tool. They will be able to assist you and arrange repair, replacement, or further support as necessary.

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This guarantee does not cover

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper use.
• Products purchased from non-authorised UJK Tools stockists.

Terms & Conditions

1. No registration necessary — simply retain proof of purchase.
2. Guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.
3. Usage in both a professional and a domestic environment is covered.
4. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the tool.
5. UJK agrees to repair or replace components without charge for any defects due to faulty material or workmanship, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
   • Original proof of purchase is available (invoice, sales receipt etc.).
   • The tool has not been modified or altered in any way whatsoever.
   • The tool has not been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
   • The tool has been used in accordance with the instructions.
   • An inspection will be carried out by a qualified servicing engineer at UJK whose decision will be final.
6. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs when returning the tool to the stockist or UJK HQ.
7. Should we need to replace a tool, the remaining guarantee will still continue to be effective from the original purchase date.
8. The guarantee does not cover any costs or damages caused either directly or indirectly from the use of the tool.
9. UJK reserves the right to vary the terms of the Guarantee from the terms and conditions stated above at any time.
