The rise-and-fall mechanism uses two columns with CA104 aluminium bronze leadscrew nuts, designed to handle high loads and vibration while resisting galling. Two additional heavy-duty supporting columns use wear-resistant, self-lubricating Oilite bronze guide bushes to provide maintenance-free support. An underside supporting shoe and two heavy-duty, 10 mm thick motor clamping plates provide further support with a firm grip on the router motor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor accurate setup, levelling grub screws with anti-vibration allow the insert plate to sit flush with the router table surface and minimise vibration. Laser-etched markings provide a clear centre line and left and right hand increments for accurate fence setting, with metric and imperial options available.
